Victoria Lola’s Kitchen

Let’s talk about cooking? I LOOOOOOOOOOVE COOKING but do not like eating. Sounds strange, huh? I cook my own way! My style! And I’ll be sharing MY own special way of cooking on this page…..you can create your style too but you sure do not wanna miss Victoria’s method so now let me take you through my kitchen.

Today, I made spaghetti and salad, and smoothie

Ingredients:

Spaghetti pasta, Salt, Maggi Cube, Butter, Tin tomato, Cabbage, Lemon, Macaroni, Salad, Lettuce, Mayonnaise, Water Melon, Pawpaw (papaya)

I boiled my spaghetti for 5 mins and parboiled (to drain off and reduce too much starch). Put back on fire, added salt, maggi cubes, butter and tin tomato and left for 10 mins

For my salad, I sliced the cabbage thinly while boiling macaroni for 5 mins (afterwards I added the macaroni to the cabbage), also cut the lettuce, grated carrot, added lemon juice and lavished mayonnaise on it. I left this to freeze for some minutes.

Here, I have my spaghetti pasta and salad ready!

For my smoothie, I chopped cabbage, watermelon (without the seeds but my mum prefers blending with the seeds) and papaya

and blended together. Unfortunately, no ice cubes but I put in the freezer for some minutes

This evening, I made CAT (Coconut + Almond + Tiger Nut) Juice……. I do not know if this mix has a name yet but I’ve named it CAT Juice!

Ingredients: Coconut, Almond, Tiger Nut, Cabbage (optional), Lemon/Lime (optional) and Cucumber (optional). The three major ingredients are Coconut, Almond and Tiger Nuts……the optional ones are not necessary but my style

As shown in the picture above, Almond, Tiger Nuts and Coconut

How did I make it?

Blend coconut, almond (after removing the seeds), tiger nuts and cabbage together. Sieve with any transparent material (satin-like) to remove the chaff and add lemon or lime juice (I do add lime juice to give it this sour taste) and chop or slice the cucumber into it…..however you want it…..and that’s it….your choice to add ice cubes or leave in the freezer.

It is not a smoothie because the chaff has to be sieved out

I had my CAT Juice with Noreos sandwich biscuit (I bet my ICS UK colleagues are dying to have Noreos now =D 😛 )

Do make your OWN version of CAT Juice and share!
